Four years ago, at an international conference of language teaching,  a friend of mine, who is an expert in CALL( Computer-Assisted Language Learning ), showed a wonderful learner-oriented software.  What a genius invention!  "See," my friend said, "it can do whatever you teachers do."  It seemed that language teachers would be replaced by the little toy completely very soon.

I said to my friend, "The computer helps, but it can never take the place of the language teacher. The reason is simple but fundamental: Language is Humman. Softwares have their future as tools, but language teachers have a greater future, as human beings. There will be greater need for language teachers, and there will be greater need for language schools,  much greater than the need for language teaching software."

See, what has happened to Human? Now we have Interlingua in Zunyi. We have more than 200 students. We have our first team, Huang Min, Yan Maosi, Kai,  Angel,  David, Shirley, Fan Bo. Patricia will join us soon. Dan will join us soon. More and more excellent teachers will join us. Our team is growing. Our school is growing. There are more and  more language schools in China, in Korea, in Japan, in Europe, and in all over the world. And see what has happened to my friend's software.  It was out of date soon after the conference. Why? Language is predestined to be Human. Language is predestined to be Communication. Language is predestined to be our Life.

So, come to Interlingua.  Learn at Interlingua. Teach at Interlingua. Communicate at Interlingua. Make friends at Interlingua. Become informed and educated at Interlingua. Have a wonderful future from Interlingua.
